I had a similar issue but for me it was due to night sweats. I use to sleep with air-conditioning but it's not working all night with the night temperature in January. I'm using also a fan with the air-conditioning now , and the problem is solved for me.

I applied for an e-visa (tourist single entry) online when I was in Belgium ... This was supposed to make the process easier. They took 40€ and never got the visa. I uploaded all the documents required and paid ... then they asked me 3 months of bank statement instead of a bank statement , then for "pdf" format flight tickets which I couldn't provide only my invoice was PDF file 🤗

It's noise regulations... some cities simply shut down their airport at night , and some allows only certain runway to be used.

If you can get a tourist visa from the Thai embassy they won't be refusing you at the border. Without tourist visa it's 2 land border bounce per year only.

Yes but you need a new TM30(address) because you left the country . So do your new TM30 with a date posterior of your entry stamp before asking the extension.

Financial Requirements for a Retirement Visa :

-VisaBank Account showing 800,000 -Monthly income of at least 65,000

-Combination , bank account + yearly income = 800,000.

Ex: 300,000 on bank account+42,000/monthly income.
