You're making hard work of this. Read again what Brandon has said. Keep in mind there is no "renewal", it is called an "extension of stay". There is no multiple entry extension of stay. You simply buy a re-entry permit, either single or multiple, which will allow you to re-enter on this extension

baht transfers and they sent me away, said form not needed. I'm happy with that!
