thanks for that - really useful info. It sort of makes sense as it sounds like they’re only focusing on accounts opened on tourist type visas rather than all foreigner account.
I haven’t looked into this yet as I am planning on a 1 year lease when I return but have heard mixed stories on what level of accommodation is required at point of extension
That is obvious which is why I am doing this visa! I clearly stated I don’t need need to deposit funds until possibly July next year so don’t want to leave idle for no benefit…..
