did you have evisa or a sticker. I have evisa and it took her 3 or 4 minutes. Maybe technological issues and sticker is faster? I don't know.

i also have problem with being "tax resident of nowhere" so no tax returns. I just selected unemployed with $0 income. Muay thai route. It is the truth anyway.

Weird - worked for me only 10% of the time. Couldn't even call a ride. Phone is brand new too

it did that to me too. I would love to see the javascript behind it showing 19xx. They would be making lots of money of this little "error"

mine was about 45 mins but reports on reddit say upto 2hrs which doesn't surprise me. I hope faster on the way out. Vientiane also had mass queues to get out.
