I found this a bit confusing when starting my application process, so just sharing on the group in case it helps. The top part should be your current address in the country you are applying from. I checked the field labels on the code side to determine this.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Many expats find the address section of the visa application confusing, especially regarding where to input their current address versus their permanent address. The post clarifies that the top part should be the current address in the country they are applying from, and the comments share experiences of misinterpreting the fields. Suggestions include redesigning the labels for clarity, as the home address terms were not sufficiently distinct.

The home address is misspelled. It should be No Trang Long st, Phuong 11, Binh Thanh.

let me share what I have filled up..

Home address (the above one): Where currently you reside. (Literally, the country address you applied - may be hotel address)

Home address (the below one):

Your country address where your passport is issued)

wow i did this wrong🤦🤦😔😯 this sucks because the way its written, the permant address should go up top and current address below . They really need to change that from home address title to (permanent) + (current) .
