the problem is I want to close my Thai Bank account. I had thought that there has to be an account with 800k baht for two months to do a 12 months extension.

ok, got it. If my Non-O 90 days expire on May 19th, and if I leave on the 15th of May. I still have 4 days on the books when I come back if I do the re-entry permit.

nope. When I went to pick up my passport with a non-o stamp. I asked the immigration officer. She said "maybe copy of your bankbook".
