What happens to property ownership if I, a foreigner married to a Thai citizen, die before my wife?

Same question from me...but my thai wife has no children. What if she passes on first? Also, my thai wife, who is concerned about meters, got advice for her to give me a 99 year lease since the house will be in her name. That way I can still live there after she passes. We will buy a home in July. I'm not worried about my thai in-laws, who are all professionals, taking my property...but just to protect me.
