Non-O 90 days application question:. I just submitted all the necessary paperwork myself at the immigration office, no visa agent.  They say everything looks good, but come back in two weeks.  Are they checking to make sure that everything, bank statements, lease, etc., is as it should be?

it's a 90 days visa you apply for before you apply for your 12 months retirement visa here in Thailand. This is for people over 50 only.

There are different Non-O versions not just retirement and each has different requirements. The 12 months that follow aren't a Visa but an Extension of Stay, again the requirements differ based on what the original Non-O was issued for.
