this depends on the office. Nonthaburi won’t accept monthly transfers that are 40,000.

If you are headed to Savvanakhet you can get a Multi entry Non O Visa being married to a Thai. No financials required. It gets you 90 days at a time when you stamp in. If you travel that could be a workable option as well.

Depends on the immigration office. If you read the from the requirements are 400k in the bank or documented income via letter/employment. I asked Nonthaburi immigration if proof of inbound transfers greater than 40K for 12 consecutive months would be acceptable and they said no.

went to Nonthaburi Immigration they want either the 400,000 in the bank or if using income need an income letter showing how much you are receiving notarized by the embassy. Monthly deposits in the bank account are not sufficient.
