also there are more and reports of IO asking why you so many time on visa exemption. As he did with me on my last visit. I come in about 4 time a year and he recommended get a visa next time. So I am also doing a 60 TR clearly things are going this way. Yes I get the possible new 60 exemption but why take a chance and overall it will look better on your record for the future
