 Immigration forms are TM only (Tamruat khon khao Muang).

 It's mandatory for the landlord to declare foreigners accommodation within 24 hours after arrival. That's the purpose of the TM30.

Is Tune’s Covid insurance adequate for the O-A visa application in Thailand?

For non-OA visa, you need a 100,000us$ coverage validity 1 year. General medical insurance, not a special covid one.

The 100,000$ covers largely the 50,000$ required for entry, so you don't need 2 insurances.

They just want to see that you haven't been in the others countries during those 3 weeks. Just upload passport stamps of your last trip (if any).

 Why would you travel with a flat battery if you know you'll need your phone upon arrival? Almost all planes are equipped with charging sockets these days.

 when you print the Thailand pass QR, it's a huge QR code almost useless (A4 format). That's how i understood it was not meant to be printed.
