Answer summary
A user is experiencing issues logging into their Thailand visa application status, receiving a message stating 'The Information Is Not Registered.' Responses from the community suggest ensuring that there are no hidden spaces when entering the confirmation code, as this can cause login errors. Additionally, it's noted that an attachment with a QR code is sent via email upon approval of the application, which is important for entry into Thailand.

Check to see that there isn't a space behind your confirmation code when trying to log in. I've experienced this after copying and pasting the code and it said not registered. Sounds goofy, but I deleted the space and it worked fine.

There is attachment that comes with the email once your application has been approved. This is your QR Code which is scanned when you arrive in Thailand!

You can scan the code with your phone to check the details.
