Is Tune’s Covid insurance adequate for the O-A visa application in Thailand?
My husband and I are both applying for the O-A visa to accompany our daughter on an approved ED visa. We supplied our intl health insurance cover letter in application but received this email today. My husband decided to also buy the Covid insurance from Tune. Will Tune’s insurance certificate be adequate? If not, I can’t imagine a director from my health insurance co providing a signature!

I used Tune and it was excellent. Even had to file a medical claim and was quickly reimbursed. I would recommend.

Why did you choose an OA visa and not O? OA is a lot more requirements. Just not needing the money in Thailand?

supply a copy of the policy certificate outline. Amount, policy number, coverage period, name and DOB of policy holder

For non-OA visa, you need a 100,000us$ coverage validity 1 year. General medical insurance, not a special covid one.
The 100,000$ covers largely the 50,000$ required for entry, so you don't need 2 insurances.
