Like most I can get around websites to book holidays, flights etc
However, the new Thailand docs both for the pass and visas are a bit daunting for some of us.
I swallowed my pride and asked a young chap just out of university with a computer science degree to do both my docs, for a reasonable fee of course.
He came along and done his stuff with his eyes half closed.
Results.
I got my visa as soon as the U.K. website was open again, that’s in 24 hours
I got my Thailand Pass in less than 36 hours.
All sorted,no mistakes,no stress.
Just have to pack my things and get ready for my flights
If any members does the same, please share it.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A member shared their positive experience with applying for a Thailand visa and Pass, highlighting the challenges posed by the application process. They outsourced the task to a young university graduate, resulting in quick approvals within 24-36 hours. The post encouraged others to consider similar help if they feel overwhelmed. Commenters offered various tips, such as using quality document photos and preferred browsers, and expressed mixed experiences with the application complexities.
I have just completed my visa application. It is a bit tiresome to vollate all the documents but not that difficult but it would be helpful if applicants had a prior list of the documents likely to be required for downloading.
my experience has been the following .. the first thing is that you can use well-made photos of all the documents, it is not necessary to use pdf, or jpg, just try to take good quality and clear photos, the same can use screen capture. .. I also advise you to use the Firefox browser and not use Hotmail ... use Gmail, you must have all the documents in order before you fill out the Thailand Pass form and try to choose hotels that use Line so that you can communicate more easily. .. be patient (I almost got an ulcer) but after learning these tricks everything went well and pretty quickly ... I must also say that this group has been very helpful!
