that's how I ended up having major heart surgery by being treated over the phone for a chest infection,only when I went into heart failure did they find a large tumour (myxoma)growing in the left hand chamber and gave me 4 days to live if they couldn't remove it !!

the important shit is I couldn't get to see a cardiologist in uk the last time it was by telephone 20 months after major heart surgery and he asked how my heart was my reply was that I'm speaking to you on the telephone so I think it is still beating he said keep taking the tablets I'll try and get you in for a face to face in 6 months that was nearly a year ago 🤣🤣🤣🤣
