TLDR : Answer Summary
Users are experiencing difficulties with the biodata upload portion when applying for a 60-day visa. Common recommendations include using different devices (with some users suggesting an iPad or laptop), ensuring the photo is in JPEG format, and minimizing file size. Others have had success by converting documents to PDF format or compressing image files. Overall, troubleshooting often involves changing the method of upload or the file type.

Take a pic of your passport, compress it (photo compressor) then it should upload.

Try to sent as PDF if the passport scan not work

I found using an iPad helped. You can also then take pictures on the spot and upload.

I've only used this e-visa once and found it a nightmare initially. Tried it loads of times on phone, but eventually gave up. Copied all relevant docs., to my Windows laptop, went through the same procedure and it all went ok.

I used a mobile and put it on landscape worked fine. Got my visa back in 1 day.

Everything HAS TO BE JPEG!!!!

Send the photo to your phone then upload from your phone, it reduces the MB size
