As far as I’m aware, you have 60 days from entry date (the day you enter Thailand), then before the 60 days are up you have to go to immigration and get a 30 day extension. Before these 30 days are up you need to exit Thailand and return at some stage ( before the expiry date of your visa) then you get another 60 days plus a possible other 30 days.

Thank you so much, the best advice I have had up to now so I am very grateful to you. My future wife has a daughter in Thailand, she owns a Condo in Bangkok, I rent a different Condo in Bangkok, and she works in a restaurant so I am sure she can prove she works there if she can get a letter from her employer. The B400,000 in a Thai bank account I have already and it can stay there forever.
