Me again....

I have at present a METV from UK that states on the Visa it’s valid until 5th May 2019. My latest stamp says I’m admitted until 11th April 2019, therefore I was going to Bangkok Immigration next week to get my 30 day extension as I fly back to UK on 1st May.

Question: I have about 6 weeks before I leave, on my present visa could I visit Vietnam for maybe 10 days or so as a little holiday with my Thai girlfriend (she has a new Thai Passport), and if so what do I need to do Visa wise if anything, thank you🙏
