On return to UK in May, I am now thinking the Non Imm O-A Visa is better for me than the Non Imm O based on being married to a Thai. Funds are in bank UK account able to cover either. I may be in UK for 3-4 months so enough time to be able to get either.
Is the Non O-A a better Visa once I return to Thailand...
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is considering whether the Non Imm O-A Visa is better for them than the Non Imm O Visa due to their marriage to a Thai citizen. They have sufficient funds in a UK bank account and are currently in the UK, planning to return to Thailand in May. They evaluate the 3-4 months they have in the UK to apply for either visa.
