I rent a Condo in Bangkok (until next August) and I always stay in it when in Bangkok, my TM30 will have been issued by my landlord, however I am thinking of spending a few days at my girlfriends home, also in Bangkok.

Do I need to inform immigration that I will be staying with my girlfriend for a few days?
