I am going to Immigration tomorrow with my girlfriend at Samut Prakan just outside Bangkok. This is for her to do my TM30 as I arrived back from Isaan yesterday. Question is when i'm there i'm going to enquire whether they need me to fill out a TM28 as well. What forms/photoocopies will I need to take with me for the TM28? Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user plans to visit the Immigration office in Samut Prakan to file a TM30 form as part of reporting their residence. They are asking whether a TM28 form is also necessary and what documents or photocopies they should bring if needed. Comments indicate that the urgency around the TM28 is potentially overblown, suggesting that focusing on the TM30 is sufficient, but they also outline the usual required documents for processing at Immigration, including passport copies and visa details.
i have no idea why everybody now gets over excited by a TM28 form, after an Immigration officer talked about it for use in Phuket. But okay, the usual copies of your passport, id page, visa page, extension of stay page and departure card.
