Aha, never heard of overstay if you not overstay. Before Tod Daniels confirm that i dont believe it. No offense at all, but is there a link to that? So you say, if i study with ED and leave thailand, forget reentry permit, come back with a worthless ED visa since my departure from thailand, i get charged with overstay when i reentry? Overstay how many days when i come back after 2 weeks? Or 2 years? They gimme overstay stamp when i enter thailand?

Just leave. Maybe probs next time if you wanna get a ED visa again.

Why? If he has a extension and leave thailand before his extension runs out he has no overstay at all.

In fact you can get a ED language visa and never show up and never write a test. Depends where you sign in. And if you wanna do the same with MT (which doesnt make sense and thats also what the thred starter DONT want) just talk with the kru. Would be the first thai who doesnt like get money without work. But again, if you only want ED visa find the right school/agent and there is no test and no school for 12 months. Your friends just stupid and went to the wrong school.
