And what would be the consequences when I come back in the future there be any?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you don't cancel your education visa and leave Thailand without paying your tuition, you may face serious consequences upon your return. While there's a possibility that you won't be immediately detained at the airport, outstanding tuition may lead to issues if you later apply for another long-term visa or return on a NON-ED visa. Schools sometimes refuse to cancel classes unless tuition is paid, which may further complicate your situation. It's recommended that you communicate with your school to navigate the cancellation process and understand the implications of your visa status.

Just leave. Maybe probs next time if you wanna get a ED visa again.

Are you on the initial Visa? The large NON-ED full page in your passport that was the very first one? Or are you on an ED extension?
If you're on the initial Visa, you can leave and not worry.
If you're on an extension you will likely have problems in the future if you ever try to get another long term visa and may also have to pay overstay fines.
Aha, never heard of overstay if you not overstay. Before Tod Daniels confirm that i dont believe it. No offense at all, but is there a link to that? So you say, if i study with ED and leave thailand, forget reentry permit, come back with a worthless ED visa since my departure from thailand, i get charged with overstay when i reentry? Overstay how many days when i come back after 2 weeks? Or 2 years? They gimme overstay stamp when i enter thailand?
IF you're not gonna try to get back on an ED visa/extension or get a Non-B visa/extension for working you are unlikely to have a problem just leaving on your ED visa extension (which one final time does NOT cancel it, only stamps you out). You'd have no problem entering the country on a visa exempt or a tourist visa entry, getting extensions on them at the immigration office
It's ONLY if you try to get back on an ED visa or another long term stay visa/extension that they'd notice you didn't officially cancel your ED extension when you left. That's when you're fined for not following the rules
Choose to believe me or not, that's really how it works 🙂
Thing is my classes hasn't started yet and I want to cancel my classes but they won't let me cancel my classes if I cancel the classes I don't have to pay the full tuition and then I can cancel my Visa or else they won't let me cancel my Visa if I don't pay the tuition
that's why I just plan to leave but I do plan to come back and maybe seven years and I don't want to get detained in the airport or something

I thought most education needed paying in advance and ed visas were renewed every 3 months. If you've had enough just cancel and go home. If you've had the service and they're chasing you for payment then you won't be getting the visa renewed anyway and it's a shitty thing to do to the establishment you've been learning at

Are you attending a private school or a government school? Did you obtain a loan or is this out of pocket. You will not be arrested on re-entry or would you be denied entry for that reason. Your best option is to discuss the issue with your school let them know what your plans are tell them that you would like to reintroduce yourself to their education system upon return if possible and ask them how you should go about doing what you need to do. Although there are some bad people in Thailand that would try to force you to pay or scam you. The majority of type people. I would say 99.9% Will try to help you with your problem and not take advantage of you.
I'm paying out of my own pocket and I believe it's a private school I'm not too sure

And is remotely possible that that could affect your future of the obtaining an education Visa. But that's also highly unlikely. But explaining yourself and your situation to the school is probably your best option.

Pretty much they're not letting me cancel bees on to pay my tuition classes I haven't even taken yet
You have nothing to worry about. Although it's not a great idea leaving somebody with dead if you have no choice then that's pretty much what you have to do.

If you come back you can be arrested, and then deported as soon as you pay what is owed plus any fines, and then blacklisted. Everything is computerized now, so you will be caught.
