considering it came up a few times, the 'girlfriend experience' seems somewhat high on your agenda so you will definitely need to allocate more budget to that... as others have said you can definitely save on transport and rent, food too if you go local

I only need to use facial recognition for large payments like paying rent, itusually tells me i have a face covering on too and i don't even have a beard, just need to get into really bright light.

I've also lived here for years and haven't had much of an issue in Bangkok, though our apartment does have a backup generator but I've never lost power or water in a hotel in Thailand
