Hi All, 

My Australian wife is on a non-o independant visa while I work here. I have been given mixed info on whether or not she can study Thai in a language school on this visa or does she need an education visa? 

My son's school has confirmed he is fine to study on the non-o for highschool.

There are no visa requirements to attend any school. You can study even on a tourist visa.
