I'm in korat and very simple here , 1900b but I have the funds.

Initial visa agents want about 28-30k to use their money.

BUT.. I recently heard it needs to be in Ur Thai bkk bank for 3 months prior and 2 months after U get a visa.

I guess to stop people borrowing it from friends or agents who put it in Ur bank for 1 min then draw it back and the bank ok it.

I just drop my passport of at immigration and collect it in an hour in jomtien... in the 90 day box... then go for a breakfast.

Unless based on 65k a month going in , accounts for it ???

A repeat visa 14k ( I got it for 6k not multi entry ).

Obv with Ur own money.

Opening a bkk bank was just a 500 deposit.

that's not the initial visa , that's a repeat one and if u got money in the bank and all paperwork.

Now I pay 6000b for my renewal retirement visa but I have the money
