Hi Darren.After a good night's sleep, I guess you will be able again to reply to one of my questions.😉If I understand you correctly. Once in Thailand's I can Apply for a non O? Do I have to do this at a rrival or at the immigration police In Bangkok or can I do this at the Immigration Police in Khon Kaen? 🙏

problem is that my wife and I will not be together the entire period of stay in Thailand. I'm retired but my wife still enjoys working hard every day 😉(actually, she and our sons want to start a fish /shrimp farm) we will be together for a period of Six weeks after that, she will fly back to Belgium and I will be staying in Thailand.Does the extension of the visa has to be made At the end of the first period of stay? Or can we go together to the immigration police while she is in Thailand?

thanks. If I understand you correctly, I could apply for a tourist visa (30 days)( here in Belgium?), travel to Thailand and once there, apply for a non O at the Immigration Police in Khon which would give me 90 more days. Sorry for my confusion, it has been a long day 😉

I will go to the Thai Embassy next week to apply for my visa.travel will be early December.
