TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking a trustworthy agent to assist with renewing their Thai driver's license in the Bangkok area. They mention a recent change at the Nonthaburi immigration office, which now denies residency letters to individuals on tourist visas, despite the user's two-year condominium residency. Comments from the community offer various suggestions, including specific agents and services in Pattaya and other areas in Bangkok that could assist with the process.
