I was just told by the Nonthaburi immigration office that they will no longer provide a letter of residency to travelers here on tourist visas even though i have had a condo here for 2 years . Have u try to get it from your embassy in bkk? I got mine from my embassy SG 110baht (apply morning collected afternoon)....DLT also accepts residency cert from embassy
