90days report are for those who stays in thailand for more den 90days usually holding DTV marriage or retirement visas...

If the sim is registered under the same name as the bank acct owner u don't have to do anything....if the sim have a different name just go to the telco u are using and updated to your name if under your girlfriends name bring her along after the verification at the relco proceed to the bank and get updated.....if you can't do it time most probably your mobile banking get suspended but u still can use your card or walkin to the bank with bank book to do transaction.....and u can reuse the mobile app once everything have been updated at the bank

my yearly extensions of the nonO and re entry permit is always on the same page so I use only one page per extension

you just login to the immigration website and create a acct as the owner of the condo and do it yourself

even on dtv u still need to do 90days report if you are staying longer den 90days...

tm30 is a report made to immigration by the owner of the place you are staying in thailand it maybe your hotel, condo, apartments..etc..

I don't have problem using Wise to send myself 65k choosing the option for long term stay usually it arrives in the same day but after 2pm bkk time if I send it in the morning (before cutoff time) on a bank working day never send your funds on a weekend
