Visit a immigration office near u to get extension and a list of requirements for the marriage visa ...u might want to get agent to help u speed things up as marriage visa is more complicated than requirements visa

If u already have 800k in a thai bank acct you can convert your tourist visa to a 90days nonO retirement visa at immigration office in thailand .....u need to have more than 15days left on your current stamp to apply

what language school are u attending now? Is it in bkk? I already have nonO retirement visa so I don't need ED visa just need to brush up my thai language

If u do already have a thai bank acct ....bank in 800k go to the immigration office near you to apply for 90days nonO (most office doesn't need seasoned for 2mths except jomtien) u need to have a least 15days or more on your current stamp in order to apply mainly u need TM87 lease agreement Bank letter Bank statement bank book (updated to application date)..etc depends on the immigrations offices

Recently opened a SCB bank acct with passport(nonO) and a thai driving licence the rest are irrelevant....or maybe each different branch have different rules? Keep searching u will find a branch that allows u to open bank acct

Get a nonO instead of nonOA which doesn't require insurance.....many ppl come to thailand with nonO and start looking for local insurance to cover themselves

U can also get it from your embassy if they provides.....I got mine from my embassy with my rental receipts stating that I need it for driving licence....infact I got 2 separate cert 1 for driving and 1 for motorcycle hope this helps
