Some ppl have done all that without spending a dime but it's up to individuals.....be very careful when engaging agents.... someone got scammed and luckily got back her money after making police reports
I would go out of thailand and come back only after the extension expires.....come in as visa exempt and start the process again on your own since u already have 800k ....start applying for initial 90days nonO(most office dont need the funds to be seasoned except jomtien) do the 1yr extension when u have less than 30days of the nonO
Your initial nonO is only 90days it's not feasible to pay for multiple re entry(3800baht) if u really need to travel during your 90days just buy single re-entry (1000baht)....after u get your extensions for 1yr then u buy the multiple re entry which have the same validity as your extension if u need yo travel often
It's good to park your 800k early 60days is more than enough time to get yourself a lease agreement....pls apply for your nonO 90days retirement visa with more than 15days on your current stamp...visit the immigration office near u to check the lists of requirements
not sure if it's a good idea that will last....bkk bank already started closing accts that are not holding long term visas we do not know if other banks will follow......
You are coming in on visa exempt....if doing many times you will still be pulled aside iregardless of whether u did have a non0 90days before that......simple question why didn't u extend it?
When u hold a retirement visa u are considered residents u don't claim VAT returns.....you can pass your receipts to your friends or relatives holding tourist visa
