If you are in thailand using a new phone with the old number proceed to any atm with your debit card and ask for new login ID the atm will verify u asking for birthday ....after which the atm will give you a bank slip with the new id and will sms u the new pin with your registered phone number ......login the bank app with the new ID and new pin afterwards change the pin u like....if you are out of thailand den too bad

the nonO needs 800k and yearly 1900baht....if plan properly and apply at home DTV might be cheaper than nonO without holding funds in thailand

Cheapest option 1900baht extent for another 30days.....DTV need to have at least 500k baht equivalent in bank acct ......the rest of the options is going to cost more

CW allows letter and statements up to 7days before application but bank book have to be updated to the very same day

did you make a appt before hand or walkin? The last extensions i reach CW at 8am to get a queue number just to enter to the counter that gives queue numbers for different sections....once get queue number for section L.... I waited until amost 10.30 to see the junior officer who runs tru your documents and tells you to wait for another call from senior officer if your documents are all intact

It's only after covid that creates this catch22 before covid one can open a bank acct easily with tourist visa (without agent) then apply for a retirement visa here in thailand.....

If you are over 50 get a nonO retirement 90days in your home country come to thailand and extend it for a year....how much time u want to spend in thailand is up to u....make sure u plan ahead to get your extensions every year

Many ppl get themselves nonO retirement visa but doesn't have to stay here all year or retire.....if you are less than 50yrs old consider applying for a DTV...it might still be a tourist visa but you have better chance of getting entry since you have been warned

just to share international licence is only good for 90days per entry....u need to go out and come back to have it valid .....thai licence is easy to get and it's better for protection interms of insurance
