Has anyone applied for a new driver's license on a DTV? The required forms are clear to me.
I want my scooter license, and will have to do tests as I don't have that from my home country. I question whether I will have trouble because I don't speak, read or write thai. Will I be able to do these tests? I do not want to hire an agent if I don't have to.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The community has confirmed that you can apply for a motorcycle driver's license in Thailand without knowing Thai, as the tests are available in English. The process includes watching videos in English and taking an English theory test. If you do not have a reciprocal license for motorcycles from your home country, you will need to complete a three-day procedure which involves watching instructional videos, taking a written test, and doing practical driving.
Having a translate on hand is super helpful. You can do it without but an agent is worth it just for that purpose. Not that expensive for a couple days service.
You can literally get your license on a tourist exemption. If you don't have a reciprocal license for motorcycles from your home test it will be a 3 day event. 1 day watching videos taking written test, second day driving and third day getting the license.
There will be a 5hrs video watching (english sub) and a theory test in english and there will be a video(10 mins) showing the practical test before u take the test
