oh my god, so you suggest that their mentally incapable adult child be arrested and thrown into immigration detention. Then deported after a few weeks. No-one will take care of her and she will probably pass away in the process.

You can inform your landlord that you will report them for not filing a tm30. Big fines for them. Watch how they provide it quickly.

If your child is old enough to go work in Bangkok, they're old enough to arrange their own accommodation. Stop mothering your adult child. It's embarrassing for both of you.

Thailand doesn't deport. They'll never pay the ticket. They just lock you up till you can buy your own ticket... That's not deportation. That's just refusal of entry and detainment till to are able to leave.

Are you saying they are denying 30 day extensions on a 60 day entry stamp and just giving 7 days?

I thought you could get one 30 day extension on your 60 day exempt entry. Are you now saying they may only give 7 days when requesting the first 30 day extension? Normally they'd only do that if you've already been given a 30 day extension and your asking for another one?
