agents were created due to demand.....everyday someone is asking for agents on FB be it for visa or driving licence or opening bank acct or looking for a place to stay......

and WHY does the agent needs to do that cos the foriegmers can't afford it.....many foriegmers will not be staying in thailand long term if there are no agents........

blame the foriegmers who doesn't have the funds but want to stay in thailand....when there's a demand there will be someone to supply...the agents help those foriegmers to fulfill thier dreams and when something happen now blame the agents?

Straight forward....come to thailand visa exempt and apply for a 90days nonO retirement with 800k already in thai bank den after extent for 1 yr and also the multiple re entry permit you can move in and out of thailand freely.....btw u said u have been stamp in 4times already in 2025....have u been pulled aside? If YES it's better to apply your 90days nonO at your home country before coming

a thai bank does send sms when received funds from overseas bank if you have set it up in the app

As soon as u fund your 800k go apply for nonO 90days in thailand with more than 15days left on your current stamp
