Personal experience - rented through a property manager, two month deposit paid directly to owner. On last day of lease met with both agent from property management company and owner. They calculated electricity charge to date and refunded the difference immediately to my husband's bank account. We left the property in excellent condition, cleaned thoroughly.

not sure if it's worded the exact same with every transfer method from every country but easy enough to see which it is if doing online or asking if doing in person.

The bank just needs a reason I believe they report due to money laundering issues you need a purpose for moving money.

that doesn't matter and you can go down to min. 400,000 for part of the year.

When you make the transfer it needs to be tagged for living expenses or retirement purposes.
