Hello, I have a non-O 3 months visa. Is it possible to extend it for a month like the normal tourist visa for 1900 baht?

I just went to the immigration but closed until Tuesday.

I entered on 19 Feb Single Non-O. Was to get a 1 year extension based on marriage from Jun 15. The stamp was only until the expiration date on the passport Nov 23 but was told it would be extended to the full year from Jun 15 upon bringing my old and new passport/letter from embassy. Now they're saying that is no longer the case. I had asked this specifically back in January before even applying for the Non-O.
