are you sure it's not a 1-year visa? check your dates and report every 90 days if it's a O retirement visa

No. You might be able to get a covid extension if you apply before 24 May but short of extending it for the reason you got the visa you don't have many choices.

yes you must. It must be there for 2 months before you apply for the extension. There is no other extension on this visa. Best you can hope for aside from this is to get unable to travel due to Covid but it's up to each individual immigration officer whether you get this or notReply to

Just wondering as I am in the same position. Why would you need an extention. I was under the impression that when the 90 day Non O Visa is up, you will then get your Retirement Ext. for 1 year ?Stuart *********

No if you were married to a Thai, or had Thai kids you could get a family extension. You should be able to apply for a Covid extension up until 24th May.Markus ********
