Question: if the restrictions are eased on May 1st and I no longer am required to do the PCR Test & Go at a ASQ hotel for one night , will I or should I , get a full refund from the hotel ?

I am a fully vaccinated person, and I'm looking for a cheaper option to stay in Thailand. I'll stay for 5 days and leave the country on the 5th day so i don't need to book a SHA++ hotel on the 5th day, right?

I have everything ready for my flight on 22th this month. Now the airline company rescheduled my flight to a week later. I can book another flight with different airlines for the same day but I used my flight number when applying for the thai pass. I'm wondering if it is okay to book free cancellation on Agoda to apply for visa and COE then cancel due to the price, and I book another direct ASQ hotel since it is cheaper?
