What should I do if I had issues installing the MorChana app after arriving in Thailand?

Hello everybody…

First time I post but I read a lot of useful information before so thank you…..

My question….

I arrived in TH yesterday, did my ASQ night, was tested negative, I have lab results in print, but the installation of the morchana app gave problems….

The ASQ hotel said it was because they were updating the system… I waited but it took so much time and had to go..

How serious is this..,?

Serious to go back to the hotel which is difficult…..?

And how to handle day 5…?

Not serious. I was there February and March. Never even downloaded app. The SHA hotel should have had your results emailed to them and texted to your phone. You are good to go

Dont worry about it, hasnt worked properly for months. When you do your day 5 if you still cannot get app working send results to the hotel you did your first night in
