I just renewed my passport but my old passport has my visa stamp. I was given a letter to transfer the visa stamp to the new passport.

Is it compulsory to transfer the retirement visa stamp or can I show the Thai immigration the 2 passports when I next come into Thailand ?

If it is compulsory- how much time do I have to go down cheangwattana to do this ?

Hi, I saw that we can now make appointments to do our visa renewals at Cheangwattana. I need to renew my non immigrant 'O' spouse visa. In people's experience is the whole job done in the hour slot allotted?

Asking for a friend. He just realised he is on overstay by 10 days, can he go to Cheangwattana pay the fine and extend the Visa exempt. Or should he leave pay the fine and re enter on another Visa exempt

1.Does anyone know how to get a residence certificate to extend non O spouse visa ( used my husband’s work permit to apply it) from single entry to one year?

The immigration office I went is In pathumthani but they told me since we live in victory monument area that I will need to go to Cheangwattana to get the residence certificate to prove my current address, then I can apply the extension.

What type of documents should I bring in to Cheangwattana to apply the address certificate? Some people said using the water/electricity bills, some said that I will need to use my rental contract and my landlord ID to apply for it.

How many days will it take and what is the working hour there?

2. I went to pathumthani in early December 2017 but they said it was too early to apply, told me to wait until mid-January.

How many days before my single entry visa expires that I can hand the extension application?
