Unfortunately as James correctly stated even with an appointment there is no guarantee you will be done in a hour.

When you show up, get a normal queue number, THEN go immediately to the first cubby in section L-1 <- where they check your documents, make sure you show the online appointment booking to them, they will check your documents and then tell you what counter to go to (there are only a few that do online appointments)
