Hi,

I’m due my first 90 day reporting in person. Is it correct that I need the TM47 form, my TM30 and my passport only?

Also I go to Division 1 immigration office for my non o extension, but I’m hearing that I don’t go there for the 90 day report, is that also correct? If so where do I go? I live in Nong Chok.

Thanks in advance ❤️

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if any of you has a recent list of required documents for 1 year visa extension based of being married to Thai national (Thai wife).

I have the list for Bangkok immigration from last year with me, but looking for a recent one to compare.

Thank you 🙏

I just renewed my passport at the Australian Embassy in Bangkok. I have a Retirement Visa and multi entry stamp in the old passport, which I still have on hand. I plan to present both old and new passport to the immigration officer to get stamped out of the country. Question is whether the existing, valid Retirement Visa and multiple entry stamp will be transferred to the new passport on the day of departure by Immigration? I have a sinking feeling in my stomach that I will need to visit Chaengwattana to sort it out, prior to flying. Incidentally, I will exit via Suvarnabhumi before having to renew my current 90 Day Report, so that doesn't present any issues. Much appreciated to those who can offer their solid experience here. Cheers

Can anyone please help me figure out the actual cost of reentry at Chaengwattana

When I book an appointment online it shows that the fees are 1900Thb

From my understanding it was 1000Thb at immigration office and 1200thb at airport

Am I missing something ? Thank you

Hello, my wife is going to extend her non-o(spouse of thai husband). Few questions

1. We live in Bangkok, Should we go to Chaeng Whattana goverment building or IT Laski for this extension

2. The TM-30 was filed before the visa stamp was issued, we didn't move but do we need to file again?

3. Do I (thai husband) need to provide proof of income?

4. Any current document list available?

5. Visa expires Sept 26, is there a cutoff date for extending visa?

I am currently on an extension of stay (initially a non-B visa) based on my work permit (BOI). My job will end in late June, and my employer will cancel my work permit at that time. Then I change to a non-O retirement visa (CW, Bangkok).

I seems that some people managed to change their extension from work to retirement. So, I contacted immigration via email and received confirmation that this change is possible. They even sent me the application forms.

Knowing that time is critical once my work permit is canceled, I completed the forms and visited the immigration office today to ensure my documents were in order. However, the officer at the non-O retirement counter informed me that the extension cannot be converted. I have to leave the country, return as a tourist, and then apply for a new non-O retirement visa.

Well, that's not the news I was hoping for, but probably no choice. I wanted to check with the group: has anyone else experienced this? Did you have to leave the country, or were you able to convert a work extension to a retirement extension in the country?

Hi, I'm not sure which form I need to download and fill in when applying for a visa extension based on retirement from Chaengwattana. Currently on an EdVisa with just over 30 days left. Is it TM7? TM 86? Thank you.

Hello,

I have a Single Entry Non-O based on marriage from Savannakhet, expiring 19 Feb.

I have proof of funds in my own bank account, but only since 02 Feb.

As I understand it, I can extend my current visa for 60 days without proof of funds.

My questions:

- If I get the 60 day extension and wait until the funds are 2 months old, can I then apply directly for the one year extension based on marriage?

- If so, how early can I make the switch? (kitting out a new house so need to be able to use that money again ASAP)

My local immigration office is Chaengwattana, if that makes any difference.

Thank you.
