I am a extending visa nonO ( based on marriage to Thai husband)after moving to new location. Previously at Nonthaburi immigration, now it is Chaengwattana.
Do I need to bring the documents from my previous extension at Nonthaburi.
Asking the question, because this was a requirement for my first extension at Nonthaburi.
I understand each immigration office is different in it's requirements. Handouts do not mention this.
If no one knows, I shall bring all documents so that will be covered.
Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires if they need to bring documents from their previous visa extension at Nonthaburi Immigration when applying for an extension at Chaengwattana, emphasizing that requirements vary by office. Responses indicate it's a good idea to carry previous documents and submit a written explanation for moving, as these may be requested. Additionally, make sure to comply with other general requirements, such as having a new TM30 form and proof of residence in Bangkok.

So next week I return to the same counter... They have all the documents, and at this time they will require payment and enter an under consideration stamp

Also, although all my documents were accepted today, 10th September, I was told to return on the 18th because the submission was too early. My visa expires on 26th September.

Is the monthly income lowered to 40k? I was told 65k
I have never heard that was a reqiurement at C/W when getting a new extension after previously getting them in a different province, and don't believe they will require those documents,
BUT
it's probably a good idea to have them IF you moved provinces/offices, just in case ๐ I wouldn't give them to the officer when you apply, but have them if you're asked about it.
Make sure you have a new TM30, have been doing 90 day reporting at C/W (if you have had to) and have all the required documentation showing you now stay in Bangkok (lease, owners thai i/d, house book etc)
Also make sure you have the new photos, (you two standing in front of your address numbers, you two sitting inside the house [two/three photos].
These are the requirements to get a year extension based on marriage to a thai (just ignore the 400K baht financial requirements as foreign females married to thai males are exempt from that). This is not office specific, but is just a general list that will get you 'in the ballpark' ๐
