Is South Korea missing from the TDAC application Country of Boarding dropdown?

On the application I don't see South Korea listed in the Country of Boarding drop down section, only North Korea.
What am I missing?

Just start typing and it will give you the proper suggestion. I typed "KOR" and it immediately popped up as an option.
