What should I do if I encounter a 'system error' when using the Morchana app with my Thaipass QR code?

ORIGINAL POSTER

Guys have revieved by Thaipass through the great people at Trunk. But...I am having trouble with the Mocchana app. When I scan   the Thaipass QR code and press save, I get "system error" or invalid Thaipass details".

Anyone else have this problem or solution?
