What should I do if I encounter a 'system error' when using the Morchana app with my Thaipass QR code?

Guys have revieved by Thaipass through the great people at Trunk. But...I am having trouble with the Mocchana app. When I scan the Thaipass QR code and press save, I get "system error" or invalid Thaipass details".

Anyone else have this problem or solution?

Try manually entering your passport number into the app. Mine was doing the same but that fixed the problem.

Morchana app is not related to Thailand pass you don’t have to upload your thai pass in morchana just keep it separately and keep morchana to check in every place you go that’s it do not worry your thailand pass is valid trust trunk

You don't need an agent to submit the pass. It's not difficult

Tbh they downloaded and set it up for me when I arrived at Phuket, but that was in august,some people say that they don't bother now but don't worry they really helpful when you get here
