Typically Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea are visa fees waivers to Thailand. If you apply tourist visa is yes but DTV is different type of visa.

Koreans don't need a tourist visa to enter Thailand, but if they ask for any other visa, the fee is not waived at all.Ko *****************
