Me asked the embassy, they let me know Malaysian is free of charge for that application

Typically Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea are visa fees waivers to Thailand. If you apply tourist visa is yes but DTV is different type of visa.

Koreans don't need a tourist visa to enter Thailand, but if they ask for any other visa, the fee is not waived at all.
