Try again. I started filling out my application on the weekend while getting the right papers together to upload. When I went in yesterday my saved application was gone. Apparently doing upgrades
used Microsoft Edge or Firefox and everything fine. Be careful, when you upload the Passport picture it used AI and you really need to go back to the Passport number to check if it is alright.
Yes you have to check everything! 4 years ago the system reversed a number and i didn’t notice so my visa was denied and i had to do it again and pay de fees again! 🤦♀️
ChatGPT suggests, if it continues resetting after another attempt, ChatGPT recommends contacting the Royal Thai Embassy in Ottawa’s visa section and specifically report that thaievisa.go.th is repeatedly resetting the application. The embassy lists its visa contact and telephone number, +1 613-722-4444, and directs Canadian applicants to the official e-Visa portal.
I do not know whether they answer their phones, I have been successful contacting the Thai Consulate in LA by email. They have been helpful.
