Should I apply for the COE now or wait until November 1st for my trip to Pattaya?
I just bought a ticket, insurance, and 1 night stay(4000baht) at a Pattaya AQ/ASQ for Nov 11th...should i apply for the COE or wait until the 1st? IF i get the COE now, will it be valid on the 11th?

Is the 4000baht one night hotel include transport to hotel and PCR test at hotel? From my understanding they don't do PCR test at airport upon arrival

So just to recap,I don’t need to apply for visa if I am planning to get 30 days entry once at Any Thailand airport,but still need insurance covering the time I will be in Thailand,certificate of entry mandatory?
